Home base. Every van starts the day at the Broad River Rd shop, and the whole capital city is ours.

Rentals off Bluff Rd near Williams-Brice. A move-out carpet can often be done the same day the tenant leaves.

Long-lived-in family houses off Leesburg Rd. Get the old carpet cleaned before you rip it out; it often has more life than you'd guess.

Wooded lots and small lakes between Two Notch and Trenholm, with the pine pollen to match.

Our own backyard. Apartments, townhomes, and starter houses a few minutes from the shop, usually on the schedule within the week.

Brick ranches from the '60s and '70s on big lots. Carpet, tile, and the den sofa in one visit.

Lake houses on the Ballentine end. Wet towels, sandy feet, damp air.

A growing Lexington County suburb west of the river, where pale builder carpet shows every orange footprint from the ball fields. We know how to get them out.

Near the airport, with wooded lots and backyard ponds. Pond mud and pine needles are the usual suspects.

Lower Richland acreage and new subdivisions off Garners Ferry and Bluff Rd. It's a long drive, so we suggest doing everything in one visit.
